O period M period G period! This place is calling my name. If you've been reading, you know I have a dream beach barn (remember that post here). Today I found it in real life. Voila.

Ditto the OMG - if this is THE ONE do not hesitate in letting the sellers know you're interested.....
Go to the bank, open a line of credit and go get it! Dreams can and do come true, you know! Whoa - owning your own place on The Island.....it's exactly what you've been looking for.....hire a property management person (or whatever the term is they use) to keep an eye on the property when you're not around.
Seriously - remember me pontificating about passions? Hubby and you should fly out tonight and have a 'go-see' just to be sure. The Malpeque area is lovely - the beaches are gorgeous and it's not an overly tourist-ed area.
I can well imagine that you'll be decorating and renovating in your sleep!! Maybe with some of the new items from Ikea?
