During the last week I met, shook hands with, chatted with, gossiped with, shopped with, shared lunch and/or cocktails and/or dinner and/or tea with the people above: NYC artist and totally cool downtown girl Michele Varian, shopkeeper and lover of patina John Derian, textile wizard and Buffalo-native John Robshaw, lighting designer Jamie Young, chic Upper East Side designer and Montrealaise Amanda Nisbet, House Beautiful editor-in-chief Newell Turner, DC designer Darryl Carter, COO of Darryl Carter Inc Charles Grazioli, House Beautiful publisher Kate Kelly Smith, CEO of furniture design firm The New Traditionalists Philip Erdoes, style guru and potter Jonathan Adler (and even more!)
On one hand I call that a very good week, on the other, well...where's my anti-bacterial hand gel (it is cold & flu season after all).

I love Darryl Carter and you got to meet Newell! Incredible week. I also saw your delightful spread in Rue. I lived in Toronto for 7 years and definitely miss its delightful shops and doing favorite neighborhood visits on the weekend.
